Part of the Niklaus trail of golf courses and considered one of the best courses in Murcia, Mar Menor is a great experience for golfers of all levels.

A stunning 18 hole course, with wide fairways, lakes and bunkers this course is an experience for both amateurs and pros.

Saurines de la Torre Golf

One of the six Niklaus designed courses in Murcia and only a 20 minute drive from Mar Menor Resort and Spa.

Saurines de la Torre is built with a tip of the hat to the great desert courses of Nevada

The course is framed with low lying dunes, sizable lakes and vast sandy areas, coupled with lush fairways and greens which really give the feeling of a desert oasis.

A great experience for golfers of all levels and the clubhouse comes with all the usual facilities one would expect from a 1st class course.

Also a bar and restaurant for the pre and post game debrief.

Hacienda del Alamos golf

Only 30 minutes from the Mar Menor Resort and Spa is Hacienda del Alamos golf course.

Considered one of the best courses in Spain it covers over 6000 metres with some long holes and impressive vistas.

The course was designed by David Thomas and he has successfully integrated 18 holes in to some of the most beautiful landscape Murcia has to offer.

As you would expect Hacienda del Alamos has 1st rate facilities with an impressive practice area with on site coaching available.

The club house offers a lovely relaxing environment for that post round drink and a restaurant if you are peckish.

You can check-in from 2pm although you will probably already be on the Golf Course.

There is complimentary luggage storage available at the hotel while you wait for your room.

Check out is 12pm and if you are playing that final round of golf on departure day the hotel can store your luggage at no charge

The reception is open 24 hours and room service is available until 11pm.

Is there somewhere to store luggage?

Yes, there is an unattended luggage room. where you can store your luggage on arrival and departure day depending on your golf schedule.
